This document is for qualified healthcare providers and organizations. It does not create a provider-patient relationship and does not claim HIPAA compliance or certification of any kind.

Professional and organizational use

This site is intended for qualified healthcare providers, administrators and organizational representatives acting in a professional capacity. It is not intended for patients or consumers, and it is not a source of personal health guidance.

No medical, legal or billing advice

Content on this site is general and educational. It does not constitute patient-specific medical advice, legal advice, coding advice or billing advice, and it does not create a provider-patient or attorney-client relationship.

All clinical decisions, including assessment, product selection and treatment planning, remain the responsibility of the treating licensed clinician exercising independent professional judgment.

No guarantee of coverage, reimbursement, network or program acceptance

AOR does not guarantee coverage, payment or reimbursement by Medicare, Medicare Advantage or any other payer. AOR also does not guarantee acceptance into any AOR network, program or service arrangement. Any readiness score, classification or recommendation produced by the assessment is preliminary, non-binding and is not a certification or a coverage determination.

Accuracy of submitted information

You represent that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you are authorized to submit it on behalf of your organization, and that it contains no patient information or protected health information.

Intellectual property

The site, its design system, text, graphics, interactive components and the marks AOR HealIQ™, AOR WoundVault™, AOR Wound Intelligence Network™, AOR Regulatory & Market Access™, AURA™, AOR Clinical Intelligence System™, AOR Wound Intelligence Core™ and AOR Wound-Care Readiness Assessment™ are the property of AOR Medical Solutions or its licensors.

Permitted and prohibited use

  • Permitted: professional evaluation of AOR offerings, completion of the readiness assessment on behalf of your organization, and internal sharing of results within your organization.
  • Prohibited: submitting patient information; submitting false, misleading or unauthorized information; automated scraping, enumeration or bulk extraction; attempting to bypass authentication, rate limiting or access controls; probing or testing security without written authorization; reverse engineering; and any unlawful use.

Third-party resources

The site may reference manufacturer materials, payer policies, regulatory publications or other third-party resources. AOR does not control that content and is not responsible for its accuracy or availability. Manufacturer labeling and payer policy documents control over any summary presented here.

Availability and modification

The site and its features are provided on an as-available basis and may be changed, suspended or discontinued at any time. These terms may be updated; the effective date above indicates the current version.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by applicable law, and AOR's liability arising from use of the site is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
