Target standard
This site is being developed with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as the working target. A formal third-party conformance audit has not yet been completed, so no conformance claim is made at this time.
Measures currently in place
- Semantic landmarks, a single main heading per page and a skip-to-content link.
- Keyboard operability for navigation, interactive visualizations, dialogs and all assessment controls.
- Visible focus indicators that meet a minimum contrast and offset.
- Form labels bound to controls, error messages linked programmatically, and an error summary after an unsuccessful step.
- Status and error messages announced to screen readers through live regions.
- Dialogs trap focus and close with the Escape key.
- Respect for the operating-system reduced-motion preference, with static fallbacks for animated visuals.
- Touch targets sized at a minimum of 44 by 44 pixels on interactive controls.
- Information is not conveyed by color alone; text or iconography accompanies state.
Known limitations
- The AOR Wound Intelligence Core™ is a visual map. Each node is keyboard reachable and its summary is announced, but the spatial arrangement itself is decorative.
- Third-party embedded content, if added in future, may not meet the same standard.
- Formal testing across all assistive technology and browser combinations is not yet complete.
