Cookie Policy

This policy explains the categories of cookies and similar browser storage used on this site, and how you can control them.

Effective date:
September 15, 2026
Last reviewed:

This document is for qualified healthcare providers and organizations. It does not create a provider-patient relationship and does not claim HIPAA compliance or certification of any kind.

Necessary

Required for the site to function. These include the short-lived, HTTP-only assessment session cookie that keeps your in-progress answers attached to your secure session, authentication state for staff sign-in, and security controls such as rate limiting. They cannot be switched off.

Preferences

Remember choices you make, such as your cookie selections and locally stored recovery copies of an in-progress assessment so answers survive a refresh or a connection interruption.

Analytics

Measure aggregate usage using a fixed allowlist of named events so AOR can improve the site. Assessment answers, free-text responses, consent selections, contact details, NPI, license information, scores linked to an identifiable person, database identifiers and secure tokens are never sent.

Analytics does not run until analytics consent is given where consent is required.

Marketing

Support measurement of campaigns and advertising audiences. Marketing scripts are not loaded and no advertising identifier is set until marketing consent is given where consent is required.

No marketing or advertising pixel is currently active in application code. If a tracking script appears while viewing this project inside a development or preview environment, it originates from that hosting environment and not from the AOR application.

Your controls

Use the controls on this page to set your preference for each category. You can change your selection at any time, and you can also clear cookies and site data through your browser settings.

Manage your cookie preferences

Changes take effect immediately on this device. Analytics and marketing categories remain inactive until you switch them on.

  • Secure assessment session, staff authentication and security controls. Always on.

  • Remembers your cookie choices and your local assessment recovery copy.

  • Aggregate, allowlisted usage events only. No assessment content is ever sent.

  • Campaign measurement. No marketing script loads until this is enabled.

No choice recorded yet.
